Compact, highly dynamic servomotors for industrial motion control. These motors offer high power density and triple overload capacity for demanding applications.

SIMOTICS S-1FK7 motors are permanent magnet synchronous motors available in compact, high-dynamic, and high-inertia versions. These motors are characterized by superior overload capacity, ruggedness, and compactness. The connection via rotatable connectors and preassembled cables provides a flexible, fast, and safe connection to the drive.

SIMOTICS S-1FK7 synchronous motors offer high efficiency and triple overload capacity. They are shock- and vibration-resistant thanks to a mechanically isolated encoder connection.

A rotatable connector with a quick-release fastener and an interchangeable encoder simplify assembly and maintenance. The digital DRIVE-CLiQ interface with an electronic nameplate optimizes connectivity to the SINAMICS S120.

The motors are available with absolute encoder, incremental encoder, or resolver options, as well as different gear types and backlash-free holding brakes. Cooling methods include natural cooling and forced ventilation

The S-1FK7 (CT) is a universal motor suitable for a wide range of applications. Its space-saving design offers very high power density and is available in a wide range of shaft heights, from 20 to 100. Some models with short lead times are available.

The S-1FK7 (HD) is a rugged servomotor designed for highly dynamic applications with low load moment of inertia. It features a fast ramp-up time and very high acceleration capability due to the rotor's low moment of inertia.

The HI design is suitable for machine tools in feed-axis applications that require superior or alternating load inertia. It features smooth control behavior and reduced effort required for controller optimization.
