Gravity flow, dilute-phase, and dense-phase pneumatic conveying applications up to 75 psig | 5 barg | +0.5 MPa, depending on gate size. Can be used in pressure or vacuum systems.
Non-abrasive to moderately abrasive powders, pellets, and granules. Well-suited for handling sticky and/or corrosive materials, and for wash-down.
4–14 in | 100–350 mm ID and OD diameters are available. Also available in Schedule 10, 20, or 40 pipe sizes.
ANSI #125/150, DIN PN10 Custom flanges are available
250°F | 120°C for a standard gate, with modifications that allow temperatures up to 400°F | 205°C
304 or 316L stainless steel, carbon steel

PET replaces nylon for the blade support guides.
Replace the ANSI-pattern inlet flange with a flange that matches the DIN mounting pattern. (Includes metric inserts.) Replace the lower flange on the outlet return pan to include laser-cut holes that match the DIN mounting pattern.
Modifications have been made to allow for continuous operation at 400 F (204 C) and intermittent operation at 450 F (232 C).
Add a welded integral Special Service Inlet to the standard Insert Flange and Insert Ring Assembly. (Must be oriented toward the closing end of the valve stroke) *Additional modifications available depending on the application
