SITRANS FMT020 is the next-generation successor to the MAG 5000/6000 transmitter series, providing a future-ready platform for modernization and new projects. It pairs with SITRANS sensors such as SITRANS FMS500 for water and wastewater, SITRANS FMS300 for general process applications, and SITRANS FMS100 for demanding environments requiring high corrosion resistance and high-temperature tolerance.

As the successor to SITRANS MAG 5000 and MAG 6000 transmitters, SITRANS FMT020 supports smooth upgrades for both compact and remote mounting with modular and easy-to-replace electronics.

Simultaneous measurement of flow, velocity and conductivity, plus empty-pipe monitoring, device self-check and verification support, help operators act early and reduce service effort.

Plug-and-play communication modules and multifunction I/O make the transmitter easy to connect to control systems using HART, PROFINET, Profibus DP/PA, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP and Modbus RTU architectures.
