Up to 15 kW – High overload (HO): 150 % IH for 60 s within a cycle time of 300 s. From 18.5 kW – Low overload (LO): 110 % IL for 60 s within a cycle time of 300 s. High overload (HO): 150 % IH for 60 s within a cycle time of 300 s.

The optional SINAMICS V20 Smart Access Module can be simply plugged onto the converter. Handling of the SINAMICS V20 frequency converter becomes even easier and more user-friendly since it can be commissioned and operated via smartphone, tablet or laptop.

The menu-based operation of the BOP Basic Operator Panel facilitates local commissioning of the SINAMICS V20 converters.

Parameter settings can be stored and loaded again using an SD card or MMC card via the battery-operated parameter loader –— even without power being supplied to the converter. This also enables the very latest firmware to be loaded.

Increase the number of inputs and outputs on the SINAMICS V20, 400 V converter with the I/O expansion module. The module can simply be installed on the converter and provides two additional digital inputs and two relay outputs.

Shortens the deceleration ramp time. Suitable for 230 V 1 AC and 400 V 3 AC Adjustable duty cycle from 5% to 100%. The frame sizes FSD and FSE already have an integrated braking unit.

SINAMICS V20 frequency converter provides a high quality and cost-effective drive solution together with SIMATIC S7-1200/S7-1500 Controller and the TIA Portal. The system solution is used for robotic automation, weighing, inspection and sampling of agro-products.
