The MIXACO Lab HM mixer series is all about flexibility. The mixer base contains a high-performance motor that ensures optimal peripheral speed and the corresponding torque for all sizes. A key feature of the new MIXACO Lab HM is its interchangeable vessels, which can be quickly and precisely swapped out using a quick-coupling system, depending on the desired batch size. Safety is guaranteed with the 100% model.

Specially designed mixing tools are provided for each container size. The tools can be individually configured, allowing you to adjust the mixing intensity to your needs and ensuring optimal mixing performance.

The standardized double-jacket tanks are equipped with a quick-disconnect system for the supply and return lines for cooling liquids, in order to ensure complete control over temperature and mixing quality at all times.

The control system for the Laboratory Heating Mixer is based on a Siemens S7 PLC and meets today’s requirements for safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. The development and programming of the control system from a single source ensures optimal integration of the mixer components. Alternatively, it is also possible to use Allen-Bradley components (including the PanelView operator interface).

The control can also be configured in accordance with UL/NEMA standards. In addition, the control can be equipped with an interface for data exchange with a higher-level control system.

Up to 99 mixing programs, each with ten processing steps, can be created in tabular form using the TP700 touch control panel. Data is collected and the measured values are stored. Comprehensive data acquisition is possible for temperature, speed, active power, torque, moisture content, and numerous other parameters, which are displayed on the touch panel.

Control in accordance with UL/NEMA standards using an Allen-Bradley PLC and PanelView control panel is also possible.
