The SINAMICS G200 basic inverter is a cost-effective, Ethernet-based inverter developed on a new-generation Siemens platform, covering a power range of 0.37 kW to 7.5 kW. It features an advanced motor control algorithm that supports high-performance V/f and sensorless vector control.

The inverter is only 60–100 mm wide and is integrated into Startdrive for seamless interaction in TIA Portal. It supports multiple commissioning methods via TIA, a web server, and an LCD panel.

Our entry-level PROFINET inverter features a compact design with a built-in brake unit, simple wiring, and flexible installation to help you achieve efficient system integration.

An advanced motor control algorithm ensures stable motor speed, enables quick starts and stops, increases production speed, and delivers efficient production.

The multi-line display panel supports the Chinese language. Expect comprehensive commissioning through our web-based engineering tool (no installation required).

The Basic Inverter supports side-by-side installation at temperatures up to 45 °C without derating.

There is no need for an external braking unit. Simply connect the inverter to the braking resistor for fast motor braking.

The Basic Inverter is equipped with multiple motor control modes and an improved motor identification algorithm. It includes V/F control, standard drive control, dynamic drive control, ECO mode, and more.
