The Vortex Camera system, together with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), locates the hatch and controls the Vortex Positioner and loading spout to ensure they are properly seated in the vessel hatch into which the material is being loaded. With the VALS system, your company will experience more consistent loading times, as the process is controlled by the PLC rather than by human intervention. The PLC is programmed to load each container in a consistent manner.
