Titan Pressure Valve

The Vortex® Titan Pressure Valve™ is designed for higher-pressure applications up to 100 psig (6.8 barg) and higher temperatures up to 660°F (350°C).

• Spring-loaded blade guides for secure gate closure
• Air gap between the valve body and the actuator to reduce heat transfer into the cylinder
• The beveled blade prevents material from packing into the end seat
• Effective sealing of materials and dust against the closed blade and the atmosphere
• Blade and seats made of 440 C stainless steel (Rockwell hardness 60 C)
• Ductile iron housing for operator safety in high-temperature applications
