SODIMATE now offers a custom-designed mixing tank to provide a complete system for preparing lime slurry or activated carbon slurry.

These tanks are made of black HDPE (high-density polyethylene) and equipped with a mixer, a water distribution plate (with a solenoid valve), a level monitoring system, and spigots needed for pumping and emptying a lime milk loop. To prevent dust emissions, the dilution tank is completely enclosed. The system is available in sizes ranging from 500 to 2,000 liters to accommodate a variety of applications.

With systems designed for lime slurry or activated carbon preparation, Sodimate understands the importance of creating a completely homogeneous solution. Our dilution tank is equipped with an agitator, ensuring that the hydrated lime or activated carbon particles are fully submerged, resulting in a high-quality mixture.
