SIMOTICS M-1FE built-in motors are main spindle motors for modern machine tools. Available in synchronous and asynchronous designs, they deliver high accuracy in speed, torque, and positioning. With short rise times, they reliably handle extreme load cycles and enable high machining quality and smooth operation in demanding applications.

The mechanical motor power is transferred directly to the spindle without any mechanical transmission components. This direct-drive approach results in higher precision and accuracy, as well as less mechanical wear and maintenance.
