Decentralized 24 V power supply system in IP65, NEC Class 2 outputs and load outputs with

Decentralized power supply system in IP65 with two NEC Class 2 and four 10 A load outputs. The

SITOP PDP6200 supplies 24 V distributed power supply for harsh environments with IP65 protection, 6 monitored outputs and “Safe Torque Off” for safe shutdown of the 4 load outputs. The 2 NEC Class 2 outputs maintain the 24 V supply for the controller. The LEDs on the device and the SITOP diagnostic interface provide information about the status of the 3-phase power supply system.

Supply the system with 24 V directly to consumers and save the control cabinet and long cables. The rugged device in IP65 is protected against splashing water and dust and can be mounted vertically or horizontally.

Protect people and machines with Electronic Safe-Torque-Off, Performance Level d, Cat. 3. The 4 load outputs are safely switched off during emergency stops. The control outputs remain on and the system can be controlled.

Don’t give short circuit or overload a chance in a 24 V circuit. SITOP PDP6200 switches them off safely. The fault can be localized immediately via LEDs and SITOP diagnostic interface with faceplates for visualization.

Provide 24 V DC at up to 46 A from a three-phase mains connection with four 10 A load outputs and two NEC Class 2 outputs. Overload is safely switched off, all other branches continue to be supplied and downtimes are minimized.

Turn outputs back on via the reset input (see blue line in the graphic) if the reason for the shutdown was only temporary. You are spared the trip to the machine.

Power even large loads by connecting 2 outputs in parallel. For example, you can supply two powerful DC motors with 20 A each.
